Oh Pennsic sky and the battles below
Keep careful watch or you'll get heatstroke. And should the campsites be filled with family and friends Keep watching over Brendoken folk If temps are to feel like fire, then we shall all sweat together, watch them climb so high, all through the day Calling out, Baron, oh! Stand by and we will watch the Waterbearers run around the field And if we should die again, then we shall all rez together, crying “Hail Hydrate”, for the next time Calling out, Baron, oh! Prepare as we will watch the lamps burn on and on the Midrealm side, Brendoken Blades descend upon the field Now I see fire, inside the fighters I see fire, beating the East and I see fire following souls I see fire, dragons and leaves And I hope that you'll remember peace Oh should our people fall, then surely I'll do the same, confined in Pennsic's bog we've had too much of the mead Calling out Baroness! Hold fast and we will watch the lanterns line the streets in merchant's row. Combat archer's loose upon the sky Now I see fire, inside the fighters I see fire, beating the East and I see fire following souls I see fire, dragons and leaves And I hope that you'll remember peace And if the Midrealm's losing I will unsheathe my sword, for when the war is won then my comrades will cheer And as the camp's tearing down we'll pass right through that Slippery Rock and with our tires on the road I hear our people screaming out How we saw fire, inside the fighters We saw fire, beating the East and we saw fire following souls, we saw fire, dragons and leaves How we saw fire (fire), How we saw fire (fire), How we saw fire (fire), How we saw fire burn on and on inside our hearts. |
