Still In Dark And Cold I Sit

Ezra of the Cleftlands

Still in dark and cold I sit,
unlike the roaring frozen shore.
Like candlewicks unlit,
Still in dark and cold I sit.
The icy waves break and split,
while firm I stay like flames of yore.
Still in dark and cold I sit,
unlike the roaring frozen shore.
