Lost in Venice Pilgrimage: Lost in Venice - Amelie d'Anjou Recorded at Bardic Madness 2018 in Grey Gargoyles. Pilgrimage We've all traveled distances to reach an event. Often encountering strange adventures along the way. Whoever said that 'getting there is half the fun', likely remembered to pack the good road snacks, map, and a compass. Two wrongs don't make a right, but three rights DO make a left. Tell us of a journey - perhaps from an SCA experience, or of someone from period (or could have come from period times); about going in an unintended direction, and the trials and tribulations encountered along the way. |

Raga on a Dilruba Amelie playing her new dilruba. The music form is called a raga (spelled a variety of different ways). The verses were written by Rosalind Jehanne, Brendan O Corraidhe, and Amelie. Robyyan was handed a drum and asked to help with no idea of what he was going to be asked to accompany. He pulls it off brilliantly and makes it look easy. Recorded at Bardic Madness 2013 in Dun Traigh Maraha, Prince of [your country here] Through a rather bizarre comma misadventure, our favorite itinerant storyteller Maraha - decidedly a commoner and non-combatant - was recently mistaken for the Prince of the Midrealm (he now styles himself "The Bard Formerly Known as Prince").
