Lunch

There will be a lunch tavern open from 11 - 3, selling your typical ware
(sandwich fixin's, hard boiled eggs, pickles, fruit, pop etc.).


Feast

In keeping with the days theme, there will be a three remove Apician (early Roman) feast.
The cost of this sumptuous repast will be $6.

First Remove:     pita bread
dried fruits and nuts
olives
cheese
mushrooms stewed with coriander and red wine (for dipping)
puree of lentils and chestnuts

Second Remove:     Apician baked ham in pastry (with figs, bayleaves, honey)
(veg. alt.) boiled eggs in wine sauce
salat (endive, lettuce, onion) with simple vinegar dressing or ginger
sweet/sour dressing
bread/honey butter
hazelnut/honey turnovers

Third Remove:     kroneskis (sausage) in wine gravy
(veg. alt.) botellom (vegetable sausage) in wine sauce
herbed rice
baked cabbage with cracked wheat and pine nuts
baked pears in honey/white wine
